Kachchh Malayalee Samajam-Bhuj appeals for contributions towards ‘Mission Suku’

Bobin Vasudevan, President of Kachchh Malayalee Samajam-Bhuj, in an appeal to the members of Malayali Samajams, have requested each and every one to contribute generously to help the family of Suku Kumar, a founder-member of KMSB, who lost his battle with COVID-19. Since he was the only earning member of the family, Suku Kumar had availed loans for building a house and for expanding his business. He was involved in the tyre industry.

According to the letter, close relatives of the family have disclosed that Suku had an outstanding loan of nearly Rs.17 lakhs. The family is in no position to pay off the loan, as they were struggling to meet even daily expenses, the members of the all the Malayali associations, as a good gesture, may help out in settling the dues by contributing generously to the cause.

The President recalled with gratitude that many samajam members had helped out generously when Suku was hospitalised. He, along with Mr. Martin George, Zonal Secretary – Kutchh wished each member good health and safe life.
