The Directorate General of Residency and Foreigners’ Affairs (GDRFA) has launched an online survey to gauge the personal satisfaction of people travelling through Dubai. The department has launched the survey to find out the status of travel services received by those travelling to and from Dubai on land, sea and air routes.
The survey questionnaire allows customers to record their level of service satisfaction and provide their feedback. Maj. Gen. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Marri, Head of GDRFA, said that people can respond in Arabic and English.
The GDRFA is acting on the advice of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, UAE. Customers can take part in the survey by entering their name and mobile number in the online link. People can share their honest experiences through it.
