Saudi Arabia : The Saudi Arabian Ministry of Human Resources has issued a stern warning to companies violating labor laws as part of its ongoing enforcement efforts. The ministry, under the Ministry of Social Development’s leadership, has been actively monitoring and taking strict actions against non-compliance.
As of July this year, the ministry has inspected 700,000 establishments across the state. During these inspections, 88,776 violations were identified, leading to the creation of 9,712 new jobs for Saudi nationals. The ministry’s recent report highlights a significant improvement, with 93.5% of establishments now adhering to nationalization rules.
In addition to routine inspections, which included 840 visits to petrol stations and service centers, the ministry continues to investigate institutions and businesses statewide. Residents are encouraged to report any observed violations by calling 19911 or using the ministry’s app.
