Muscat: His Excellency Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Oman, held a phone conversation with His Excellency Asaad Hassan Al Shaibani, the Minister of Foreign Affairs in Syria’s Transitional Government.
During the call, His Excellency Al Busaidi reiterated Oman’s unwavering commitment to respecting the will of the Syrian people and safeguarding the country’s sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity. Emphasizing the longstanding historical ties between the Omani and Syrian peoples, he underscored Oman’s continued support for Syria’s stability and development efforts and regional peace initiatives.
