Muscat : Novel Muscat International has signed a landmark 15-year concession agreement with Oman’s Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology to design, implement, and operate the National Port Community System (NPCS).
The project is a major step toward modernising and unifying Oman’s trade and logistics infrastructure, covering ports, airports, free zones, and land border crossings. The NPCS will enable seamless integration across all major trade gateways, improving efficiency, transparency, and coordination in line with Oman Vision 2040.
Implementation will begin immediately, with a phased rollout across key logistics hubs throughout the sultanate.
