Twitter India has announced that Virat Kohli’s tweet, announcing the news of their first child, is the Most Liked Tweet in India for the year

In August this year, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli had a pleasant surprise for their fans as they announced that they are expecting their first child soon. The announcement was made via social media, leaving fans excited and leading to truckloads of greetings and wishes.

The official Twitter India handle re-shared Virat Kohli’s tweet along with the caption, “The most Liked Tweet of 2020”.

Virat Kohli had shared a photo with Anushka Sharma. In the pic, Anushka was seen wearing a black, polka-dot dress while Virat was seen standing behind her. Both Virat and Anushka had huge smiles on their faces.

Kohli had shared the pic on Twitter with the caption, “And then, we were three! Arriving Jan 2021”.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma tied the knot in December 2017 in a dreamy ceremony. The couple got married at Tuscany, Italy.

Meanwhile Thalapathy Vijay’s selfie with fans is the most retweeted of 2020 in India. The pic was taken at Neyveli from the sets of his upcoming film Master, shortly after the IT raids at his residence.
