A case of unnatural death has been registered in Kolkata in connection with singer KK’s sudden demise after his concert. The post-mortem will be conducted today. KK’s family members have now arrived in Kolkata.
Kolkata: Eminent singer KK passed away on Tuesday. He was 53. The singer breathed his last in Kolkata, where he had gone to perform at a college event. The singer’s unfortunate demise has sent shockwaves across the country.Police has registered a case of unnatural death. The singer fell sick soon after his concert in Kolkata. He reportedly collapsed in his hotel room and was rushed to the CMRI hospital, where he was declared dead. A case has now been registered at the New Market police station.The singer’s family has also arrived in Kolkata. The police is reportedly waiting for the family’s consent and body identification process to conduct the post-mortem at SSKM hospital.
