Oman Crude Rises to $63.81 but Remains Below Monthly Average

Muscat: The price of Oman crude oil rose slightly to $63.81 per barrel on Tuesday, reflecting a modest increase of 22 cents from Monday’s rate of $63.59. Despite the daily gain, prices remain well below recent monthly averages.

According to the Ministry of Energy and Minerals, the average price for May delivery stood at $72.51 per barrel — a decline of $5.12 compared to April’s monthly average. The data highlights a broader downward trend in crude prices, despite occasional day-to-day fluctuations.
