The notice outlines key penalties applicable under the regulatory framework:
Penalties for Violations:
A written warning with a deadline to correct the violation.
Temporary suspension of the license until the violation is resolved.
Administrative fines ranging from RO 1,000 to RO 3,000, which may be doubled if repeated within one year.
License cancellation in certain cases.
Special Fines Include:
A monthly penalty of RO 500 for continuing operations after the license has expired.
RO 5,000 fine on marketing companies that delay payment of due fees.
License Revocation Conditions:
Suspension of operations for more than six months without a valid reason.
