Trouble brewing for you Avarachan! a big hit

Kerala Police had launched a campaign to correct the wrong trends in social media. PC Kuttan Pillai Speaking ‘Online Response Programme has gained immense popularity in cyber world.

The purpose of the programme is to inform the public about Kerala Police’s response abonout the posts and videos that come to the notice of cyber patrols, cyber stations and cyber domes that run cyber patrols round the clock on social media.

More than 100,000 people have watched the first part of the video ‘Trouble brewing for you Avarachan’ within hours of the release of the first part in the official YouTube channel. Many of the videos prepared by the Kerala Police in the backdrop of COVID-19 have received worldwide media attention.

The people behind the programme are policemen. While the concept for the programme was that of nodal officer of Police Social Media Cell and ADGP Manoj Abraham, Arun. B of Social Media Cell did the direction and scripting.
Editing and graphics were done by Bimal V.S., Jibin Gopinath starred in the programme and camera was handled by Ranjith Kumarr. Santhosh Saraswati was the Associate Director and the production team included Sivakumar.P, Akhil P.
