OCCI Launches Nationwide Real Estate Tour to Promote Investment Opportunities Across Oman

MUSCAT: The Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI), in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, has initiated the ‘First Real Estate Tour’ to highlight promising real estate projects and investment prospects across Oman’s governorates.

Ali Mohammed Al Lawati, Chairman of the OCCI Real Estate Development Committee, emphasized that the tour provides investors and developers with firsthand insights into opportunities available in each region. The initiative aims to foster direct communication between investors, real estate developers, and government officials, facilitating discussions on regulations, legislation, and sector-specific challenges.

The tour also seeks to engage with local communities and entrepreneurs, opening channels for dialogue to understand their aspirations and address concerns. By doing so, OCCI aims to create a conducive environment for real estate investment and development throughout the Sultanate.
