China has announced visa-free entry for citizens of nine additional countries to boost cross-border travel, Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian stated on Friday.
Starting November 8, nationals from these countries, including Slovakia, Denmark, Iceland, Andorra, Monaco, and Liechtenstein, will be able to enter China for business, tourism, family visits, or transit for up to 15 days without a visa.
Lin noted that from November 8, 2024, to December 31, 2025, ordinary passport holders from these countries will be exempt from visas for visits of up to 15 days for business, tourism, family visits, and transit.
