For UAE businesses licensed in June 2023, corporate tax filing deadline shifts to December 31, 2024

Dubai: Businesses licensed in June 2023 will now have until December 31, 2024 to file their first corporate tax returns, according to the tax authority. Earlier, September 30 was the last date for this cohort of companies with a June 2023 license to file.

The extension will come as a much needed relief for these businesses, because many of them were scrambling to meet the end September deadline.
