You are true Dr. Raj. Students should feel education. Teacher should contribute much for this. Another perspective is that students should choose subject by their own interest and not because their parents need them to choose it or their friends are all choosing that particular subject. It should not be also because students think that they can easily pass even without contributing much. I feel the exact support which as Schools we should contribute students on this dilemma is to arrange one to one support session with subject teachers before students jumb in to conclusions on choosing subject. Subject teachers supported by counseling department can easily lead students to right path according to their dreams, wishes, goals and abilities. It would be more better to provide students support right from the base before even deciding the subject choice, which would ultimately lead both students and teachers to colloborately work and rub away students insecurities leading them to Success defined by them.

Sir, I am really happy to read the article, which is really impressive. Please keep it up, which will definitely pave for a new pattern of the education system. As you said, seeking is a natural tendency of the mind, hence the teacher must be aware of how to foster it so that students will learn things with cheerful mind. Cane/sticks are required for the education of animals, but not required it for the education of children because they have brain to understand the things.
