Your views and vision are thought provoking. Your concepts about education is well defined. In this article the feel you expressed connecting your life is very valid. A good teacher should connect life into the concepts in topics to make children convince and create curiosity. Your ambition , turning point in your life are relevant. Also the quote from Steve “Stay hungry,stay foolish” is pertinent. Under the same title there is a bestseller book written by Rashmi Bansal about the success stories of 25 IIM graduates. Really students should read!. To acquire knowledge the hunger should be there,thirst for knowledge and stay foolish,even if people say foolish you should go ahead with your passion and dedication to achieve the goal. We should not only teach students to celebrate success but also failure to learn further and attain success.

Good teachers are the single most important factor that contributes to student achievement in the classroom, more important than facilities, school resources and even school leadership. The most important value that most teachers hold is that of knowledge and their commitment to instilling this value in their students. While many students find learning to be “boring,” teachers strive each day to encourage students to love learning and truly engage themselves in the pursuit of knowledge.
Teachers uphold compassion for others as a core value. Teachers exhibit compassion in their daily lives by relating to students’ educational abilities and helping to create a curriculum that works for them. They should be loved and instilled with human qualities!
