UAE weather: Light rainfall to be expected over some coastal areas in the UAE

Dubai: The UAE will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies, especially over some northern and coastal areas. According to the Met Office, these areas might get rainfall too.

According to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), residents will notice a significant decrease in temperature today, January 1, 2025. Moderate to strong winds are to be expected as well, with speeds reaching up to 45 km/hr causing dust inland.

The highest temperatures over the coastal areas is expected to be between 20 and 23 degree Celsius, while the temperature lows will be between 13 and 18 degree Celsius.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies are to be expected over the week, with a chance of rainfall until Friday, January 3.
