UAE President reaffirms support for Syria’s sovereignty

Abu Dhabi: UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received a phone call from Ahmad Al Sharaa, Commander-in-Chief of the New Syrian Administration, to discuss ways to enhance fraternal relations and cooperation between the two nations, UAE News Agency (WAM) reported on Friday.

During the call, Sheikh Mohamed reiterated the UAE’s steadfast support for Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

He affirmed the UAE’s commitment to standing alongside the Syrian people and backing all efforts aimed at realizing their aspirations for security, peace, stability, and a dignified life.
