Abu Dhabi: The UAE is cementing its position as a global hub for luxury private aviation with the launch of the world’s first postgraduate diploma in Private Aviation Management. Jetex CEO Adel Mardini hailed the programme as a “milestone for the industry,” aiming to develop a new generation of aviation professionals rooted in innovation, service excellence, and sustainability.
Carlos Díez de la Lastra, CEO of Les Roches, emphasized the programme’s international focus, saying: “By aligning our curriculum with market needs, we are preparing graduates to step directly into leadership roles in this fast-evolving sector.”
The launch comes as private aviation activity in the UAE hits new highs, with Dubai’s Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub reporting a 7% increase in private jet movements in 2024. The industry’s continued expansion highlights the need for specialized training and talent development.
