It was on September 9 that the BMC partially demolished Kangana Ranaut’s Manikarnika Films building citing illegal construction. The move from BMC received negative criticisms from many corners, and many people alleged that the decision to demolish the building was part of political revenge from the ruling party Shiv Sena.

And now, Kangana has shared some images of her demolished building and claimed BMC has turned her office to a graveyard. The Bollywood starlet also claimed that BMC has raped her dreams, self-esteem, and future by demolishing her building.

Kangana has been the target of Shiv Sena since the day she openly attacked the Mumbai Police, and claimed that the financial capital of Indian was an unsafe place to live. Soon, top Shiv Sena leaders, including Sanjay Raut MP, started threatening her and asked her to stop visiting Mumbai if she thought the city was an unsafe place.

Following the comments made by Raut, Y-category security was provided to Kangana, and she arrived in Mumbai amid high security. As BMC was busy demolishing Kangana’s office, she procured a stay order on the demolition of her office on the same day.

Last Sunday, Kangana Ranaut met Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari and conveyed her grievances regarding the ongoing events.

“I am honored that Governor Koshyari met me. I talked about how I have been treated in Mumbai which has given me so much. I hope I get justice,” said Kangana.

In the meantime, she also attacked Sonia Gandhi for maintaining silence in all these issues. Kangana claimed that history will judge Sonia’s silence, and made it clear that she will get justice one day or the other.

Now, veteran actress Urmila Matondkar has come forward and has lashed out at Kangana for making derogatory comments against the entire industry. Urmila also urged Kangana to start her fight against drugs from her Himachal Pradesh, her home state.

“The entire country is facing the menace of drugs. Does she (Kangana) know Himachal is the origin of drugs? She should start from her own state,” Urmila told Mumbai Tak, India Today’s Marathi web channel.

Urmila argued that Kangana should have informed the police about the drug usage earlier if she was totally concerned about it. The actress also lashed out at Kangana for availing Y-category security and claimed that the taxpayer’s money is being misused for a person who is not belligerent enough to give information about the drug nexus to the police. Urmila also added that the comments made by Kangana were actually an insult to every people living in Mumbai.

“Why did this person who has been given Y-security from the taxpayers’ money didn’t give information about the drug nexus to the police? Whoever has loved the city and has given back to the city, it belongs to them As a daughter of the city, I will never tolerate any defamatory remark against it. When you make such comments you are not only insulting the city but people of the state at large,” added Kangana.

As a part of her fight against the ruling party Shiv Sena, the actress lashed out at Sonia Gandhi on September 11 and stated that history will judge her silence and indifference. It should be noted that the Indian National Congress is also a part of the Sena-led coalition government. The actress claimed that the demolition at her office was a pure case of harassment by the state government.

“You have grown up in the West and lived here in India. You may be aware of the struggles of women. History will judge your silence and indifference when your own government is harassing women and ensuring a total mockery of law and order. I hope you will intervene,” wrote Kangana on her Twitter page.

Kangana also requested Sonia to do something to uphold the principles of our constitution given to India by Dr BR Ambedkar.

“Dear respected honorable Congress president Sonia Gandhi ji, being a woman aren’t you anguished by the treatment I am given by your government in Maharashtra? Can you not request your government to uphold the principles of the constitution given to us by Dr. Ambedkar,” added Kangana.

The actress also alleged that Shiv Sena is compromising its ideologies for power, and claimed that the party is now slowly becoming Sonia Sena.

Following her open war against the Maharashtra government and Shiv Sena, a complaint has been filed against Kangana Ranaut for allegedly making statements against Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on social media.

According to reports, a case was registered against Kangana at Vikhroli police station in Mumbai. The complaint alleged that the Bollywood starlet has defamed Uddhav Thackeray by stating that he has links with the mafia in the film industry. The complaint has been filed by Nitin Mane, an advocate.

On September 9, Kangana had posted a video on her Twitter page, and in the clip, she alleged that Thackeray has a direct role in ordering the BMC to demolish her Manikarnika Films building. The complaint lodged against Kangana claimed that the chief minister has no direct role in the demolition.

In the meantime, retired Assistant Commissioner of Police Pradeep Lonandka has sent a legal notice to Kangana demanding an apology for her remarks against Mumbai and the police department in the city. The retired police officer also asked the actress to delete the derogatory comments and videos she has posted on her social media pages.

According to Lonandka, allegations made by Kangana are absolutely baseless, and such remarks from an influential person will affect the morale of the entire police department in India’s financial capital.
