Popular writer Chetan Bhagat who has worked with Sushant Singh Rajput in the movie Kai Po Che has revealed that the actor was totally worried about the negative media coverage on him. In a recent interview given to Times Now, Chetan Bhagat revealed that Sushant did not get any credit even after Chhichhore faring well at the box-office.
According to Chetan, Sushant had shared his worries about not being recognized to Abhishek Kapoor, who directed Kai Po Che.
Chetan also alleged that there is a cocus working among journalists as well, as these groups will decide what to write and what not to write. The writer claimed that blind articles without any solid pieces of evidence were written about Sushant, and it had literally bothered the actor.
Chetan also added that he is finding it difficult to accept the fact that Sushant has died by suicide.
“I think, from what I see in the Sushant case, something is amiss. That is what I can say now, after two months,” added Chetan.
Earlier, Abhishek Kapoor had also revealed that artists are a group of people who are fragile, and they need to be taken care of properly.
“Artistes are fragile, they need to be taken care of. I can make a film and make sure the audience likes it and likes you, but I cannot guarantee validation,” said Kapoor.
It was on July 14, 2020, that Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead on his Mumbai apartment. The actor was found hanging himself, and upon initial investigation, Mumbai police revealed that Sushant has committed suicide.
