Save Nimishapriya International Action Council  is seeking help in efforts to bring back Nimishapriya, an Indian women sentenced to Yemeni murder. The Action Council requests for the support and cooperation of all

‘Only plausible way at present for her to escape death penalty is by gaining pardon from the family of the deceased by paying blood money’

Nimishapriya, a nurse by profession had started her own clinic in Yemen in association with a native Yemenis. Later on she had some issues with the Yemen partner. She was left alone in Yemen when the Yemen Saudi war started in 2015. She had to face severe torture from her Yemeni partner and in 2017 in order to get her passport from the Yemeni, she injected drug to make him sleep. But unfortunately he died. She was later caught by the police and was sentences to death. Eventhough several attempts were made in the court , the court was not convinced of her innocence

The International Action Council is seeking the help of the public to collect money  in order to save her under the Sharia law. The family of the   deceased Yemeni  will be  provided the fund thus raised  as blood money and further to obtain the consent of that family and to rescue Nimishapriya under the Sharia law
