Royal Oman Police marks Annual Day and honours officers

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police celebrated its annual day, the fifth of January of each year, on Sunday 5/1/2025, under the patronage of His Excellency Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court.

The ceremony began with the salute and greeting of His Excellency the patron of the ceremony, and the commander of the column asking His Excellency for permission to inspect the front row of the parade column.

The Royal Oman Police (ROP) celebrated its annual day with a grand ceremony on the military parade ground at the Sultan Qaboos Academy for Police Sciences in the Wilayat of Nizwa. The ROP also celebrated the graduation of courses of officer candidates.
The honorees are the members of the State Council, Their Excellencies the members of the Shura Council, Their Eminences and Excellencies, the general managers of government institutions and bodies, the sheikhs and dignitaries of Al Dakhiliyah Governorate, and the parents of the graduates.

The event was attended by a number of Their Highnesses, Excellencies, Ministers, Advisors, Commanders of the Armed Forces of the Sultan, the Royal Oman Police, and the security and military services.
