Ramadan in UAE: Dubai’s RTA announces metro, tram, public parking timings

Dubai: The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai announced the operating hours of all services during Ramadan covering Metro, Tram, paid parking zones, public buses, marine transport, Customer Happiness Centres, and service provider centres (vehicle testing).

Dubai Metro
Red and green line stations:

Monday to Thursday: 5 am to midnight

Friday: 5am to 1 am next day

Saturday: 5 am to midnight
Sunday: 8am to midnight

Dubai Tram

Monday to Saturday: 6am – 1am next day
Sunday: 9 am – 1am next day

Buses, marine transport

Commuters must check changes in schedules by visiting the S’hail App.
Public parking timings

Monday to Saturday: 8 am to 6 pm, and 8 pm to midnight. Meanwhile, multi-level parking buildings operate round-the-clock.

Customer Happiness Centres
Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Tawar, and Al Manara from Monday to Thursday: from 9am to 5pm, and on Friday from 9am to 12pm. Meanwhile, Smart Customer Happiness Centres in Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Kifaf, and RTA’s Head Office will continue to operate round-the-clock.

Service providers centres

Tasjeel Jebel Ali: Monday to Thursday and Saturday: 7am – 4pm, and Friday: 7am – 12pm. Hatta: Monday to Thursday and Saturday: 8am – 3pm, and Friday: 8pm – 12pm.
Al Qusais, Al Barsha, Al Warsan: Monday to Thursday and Saturday: 8am – 4pm, and 8pm to midnight. Friday: 8am – 12pm, and 4pm – midnight.

From 4:01pm to 7:59pm, only vehicle testing services will be available throughout the week.

The service timing of Al Mutakamela Al Awir, Al Mutakamela Al Quoz, Wasel Nad Al Hamar, Wasel Al Jaddaf, Wasel Arabian Center, Tamam, Al Ghandi, Cars Al Mamzar, Cars Deira, Al Mumayaz Al Barsha, Al Mumayaz Al Mizhar, Tajdeed, Tasjeel Discovery Gardens, Tasjeel Motor City, Tasjeel City of Arabia, Shamil Al Qusais, Shamil Al Adhed, Shamil Nad Al Hamar, and Aber Centres, will be as follows: 8am – 4 pm, and 8 pm to midnight, and on Friday: 8am – 12 pm, and 8pm to midnight.
Al Awir Tasjeel, Al Satwa Autopro, Al Mankhool Autopro, Al Tawar Tasjeel, Al Yalayis, Al Muhaisnah Shamel: Monday to Thursday and Saturday: 8 am – 4 pm, 8 pm to midnight. Friday and Sunday: 8am – 12pm, and 8pm to midnight. There is only technical inspection services on Sunday.
