Popular actor Mahira Khan tests positive for coronavirus

Pakistani superstar Mahira Khan has tested positive for the novel coronavirus. The actress shared the news on Instagram. She wrote that she is currently in self-isolation and also asked people who were in close contact with her to get tested. In the note shared on Instagram, Mahira mentioned that it has been a rough time for her and she hopes that it would soon be okay. She also requested everyone to wear a mask.

Mahira Khan took to Instagram and shared, “I have tested positive for Covid-19. I am isolating and have also informed all those who were in close contact with me over the last few days. It’s been rough but it will be ok soon, Inshallah. Please please wear a mask and follow other sops – for your sake and others (sic).”

She further added, “P.S Prayers and movie recommendations are more than welcome (sic).”

Mahira reunited with Humsafar co-star Fawad Khan for her new film Neelofer. Four days ago, they wrapped up the shoot of the film. Mahira shared pictures from the sets and also revealed her look in the film.

Mahira Khan made her Bollywood debut with Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees in 2017.
