Poco launches quad-camera smartphone M2 at 10,999

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Poco has launched its new mid-range phone named M2 on Tuesday. The device will be available from September 15, and the company offers three color options that include slate blue, pitch black and brick red color for these gadgets.

According to reports, there will be two variants of these smartphones available for buyers. The base variant is priced at Rs 10,999, and it comes with MediaTek Helio G80 octa-core processor and 6GB RAM. The internal storage of these smartphones will be 64GB. However, the high-end variant which is priced at Rs 12,499 will offer internal storage of 128GB.

Both these variants will feature an impeccable 6.53-inch Full HD+ display. The screen will offer a resolution of 2340×1080 and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9.

These smartphones are equipped with a 13MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide sensor, 5MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. The device also houses an 8MP selfie camera with night mode.

According to a statement issued by Poco, the 8MP ultra-wide camera will allow the users to significantly expand their view, while the 5MP macro sensor will help to take stunning close-up shots.

Poco M2 is powered with a highly powerful 5,000mAh built-in battery, which comes with an 18W fast charging option.

“It is India’s most affordable 6GB RAM smartphone. Besides, POCO M2 offers a full HD+ display, a great camera experience along with a long-lasting battery,” said Manmohan Chandolu, general manager of Poco India in a recently issued statement.
