SAUDI ARABIA: Speaking at the fourth Hajj and Umrah Conference and Exhibition in Jeddah, Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfiq Al Rabiah highlighted significant advancements that contributed to this achievement.
One standout success was at Al Rawdah Al Sharifah in the Prophet’s Mosque, where visitor numbers skyrocketed from 4 million in 2022 to over 13 million in 2024. This surge followed comprehensive service upgrades, including professional crowd management, streamlined electronic booking systems, and the training of specialized staff to ensure a seamless experience.
Dr. Al Rabiah also introduced the latest version of the “Nusuk” app, boasting over 100 new services to provide pilgrims with a fully integrated and user-friendly platform for their journey.
The minister reaffirmed Saudi Arabia’s dedication to prioritizing pilgrims, ensuring their spiritual journey remains accessible, comfortable, and enriched by state-of-the-art technology and meticulous planning.
