Online scams: Kuwait Ministry of Commerce urges caution.

KUWAIT CITY ∙ In the face of increasing online scams, the Kuwaiti Ministry. The warning The ministry has also asked locals and foreigners to avoid sharing personal or banking information with strangers through text messages or WhatsApp.
Don’t fall for fake ads either. In particular, the products of well-known companies in Kuwait will be advertised through social media and offered at low prices.Advertised for less than half of the original price.Scammers will ask for payment through other links or bank cards,bypassing the option of paying through the genuine company.Thus, money is lost while accepting the link or entering the card details.The authorities have suggested that the authenticity of the companies should be checked before making such transactions.
