Madrid : The Royal Navy of Oman’s sail training vessel “Shabab Oman II” has departed the Port of Barcelona in Spain and is now en route to the Port of Lisbon in Portugal.
The journey is part of the ship’s seventh international voyage, titled “Glories of the Seas”, aimed at strengthening cultural ties and showcasing Omani maritime heritage across Europe.
As part of this ongoing voyage, Shabab Oman II is scheduled to make stopovers at multiple ports and stations throughout the European continent, serving as a floating ambassador of goodwill and tradition.
