Muscat: The Ministry emphasized its commitment to transparency and fairness in job opportunities through its electronic system.
The vacancy, located in Ghala Heights, Baushar, was advertised with a PhD qualification and a monthly salary of RO 325. The Ministry clarified that the system automatically announced the job after the previous occupant—who held a doctorate—resigned. However, the PhD is not a requirement for the role, as candidates with a university diploma can also apply.
The Ministry reassured the public that its digital mechanisms operate objectively and without human intervention, ensuring vacancies are promptly and accurately published. It also corrected any data discrepancies to prevent misinformation, reiterating its efforts to build trust, promote justice, and enhance efficiency in the labour market.
