Oman’s Ministry of Health announces deadline for mandatory registration for medical supply companies

Muscat: Under the provisions of the Law Regulating the Practice of the Pharmacy Profession and Pharmaceutical Institutions (Royal Decree No. 5102/53) and its Executive Regulations (Ministerial Resolution No. 0202/311), medical supply companies must register through the Ministry’s electronic portal within three months from the date of the official notice.

The Ministry clarified that only registered companies will be permitted to submit applications for medical supply registrations, import requests, and product releases.Companies wishing to comply must first register their facilities via the MoH’s digital platform.
