Muscat: Oman, in collaboration with UNICEF, has launched the ‘Child Protection Guide’, a comprehensive initiative aimed at enhancing the country’s national response mechanisms to safeguard children.
The guide is designed to provide clear, unified protocols for social workers, teachers, healthcare professionals, and other relevant stakeholders, enabling swift and effective interventions in cases involving child safety and wellbeing.
This initiative seeks to foster a secure and supportive environment for all children in Oman, reinforcing the nation’s commitment to upholding children’s rights and protection in line with international standards.
