Oman, Arab League Condemn Israeli Strike on Iran, Urge De-escalation

Istanbul: Oman joined other Arab nations in strongly condemning Israel’s recent strike on Iranian territory during an emergency session of the Council of the League of Arab States. The League unanimously labelled the attack as a clear violation of the sovereignty of a United Nations member state and a dangerous escalation that threatens regional peace and stability.

Participants in the session called for an immediate end to the aggression and urged the international community to step up efforts to de-escalate tensions. The Council stressed the importance of diplomatic initiatives to achieve a ceasefire and restore comprehensive calm across the region.
