KIGALI: The MoU was signed to strengthen cooperation in the field of communications and information technology.
The agreement was formalized during Oman’s participation in the World Artificial Intelligence Summit held in Kigali, Rwanda’s capital. The MoU aims to foster knowledge exchange, encourage joint projects in ICT, and explore emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, smart infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives.
