Oman Air cancels flights to Munich amid airport strike

MUSCAT : The airline confirmed in an official notice that the carrier is reaching out to affected passengers and has urged travelers in need of assistance to contact its Customer Service team at +968 24531111.

The trade union strike, set to last 48 hours from midnight Thursday to midnight Friday, is expected to cause major travel disruptions at Germany’s second-largest airport. Airport authorities announced that airlines are likely to cancel around 1,600 flights over the two-day period.
