MUSCAT : The initiative is designed to develop the area by organising and beautifying these spaces in a unified manner, enhancing both the aesthetic and environmental appeal of the locality.
The rehabilitation project will focus on several key improvements, including the refurbishment of walkways spanning 38,000 square meters and the paving of parking areas covering 26,000 square meters. The project also includes the installation of 58 benches along the walkways, landscaping and beautification efforts, and the establishment of an integrated irrigation system to support future services in the area.
Aesthetic pillars will also be installed to further organise the space and elevate its visual appeal, ensuring the commercial area has a more organized and modern appearance.
