Mohanlal shares first review of Anoop Menon’s King Fish after private screening

Anoop Menon, the multi-talented personality of Mollywood is currently awaiting the release of King Fish, which marks his directorial debut. A special private screening of this movie was conducted a few hours ago, and Superstar Mohanlal was one among the guests who attended the event, which was carried out by following all coronavirus lockdown rules.

After watching the movie, Mohanlal shared his review of the film on his Facebook page. The actor revealed that King Fish is a real gem of a film, and he lauded Anoop Menon for his efforts.

“I attended the private screening of King Fish, the directorial debut of Anoop Menon yesterday. The film is very different, and it is beautiful too. The path traveled by this cinema is unusual, but it is filled with light. I hope such films will be made in the future too. I hereby convey my wishes to Anoop Menon and team,” wrote Mohanlal, as translated to English.

The review shared by Mohanlal has already gone viral on online spaces, and it has literally boosted the hype surrounding ‘King Fish’.

As theaters in the country remain closed due to the coronavirus pandemic, it is still unclear whether Anoop Menon will wait for normalcy or he will prefer an OTT release, as this flick is made with a moderate budget.
