Mayor Arya Rajendran weds MLA Sachin Dev at a simple function in AKG Centre

After adorning each other with flower garlands, the couple shook hands and entered into a new phase of their lives

Thiruvananthapuram: MLA Sachin Dev and Thiruvananthapuram Mayor Arya Rajendran entered wedlock at a simple function held in the AKG Centre at 11 am on Sunday. Party leaders, including Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and CPM state secretary MV Govindan, attended the ceremony.

After adorning each other with flower garlands, the couple shook hands and entered into a new phase of their lives. Chief Minister, CPM Thiruvananthapuram, and Kozhikode district secretaries were also present on the dais. Several other leaders also arrived to convey greetings to the to the newly wed. Chief Minister was accompanied by his family. The guests were offered tea and snacks. The couple had informed the guests not to bring any gifts for the marriage ceremony. If anyone desires to bestow presentations, they were requested to contribute to the old age houses or orphanages of the Corporation or to the CM’s Distress Relief Fund.
