Dubai :The Dubai Municipality has suspended the licenses of two engineering consultancy offices for violating approved building and labor regulations. These firms have been barred from taking on any new projects for the next six months.

According to the municipality, the action is part of efforts to improve the engineering consultancy sector and protect the interests of building owners and developers. While the names and further details of the offices have not been disclosed, the municipality emphasized that strict penalties would be imposed on those who break the law.
