KSUM, CREDAI forge ties for technical support in real estate sector

Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), the apex body of real estate developers, has entered into a partnership with Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM)to leverage innovative technologies from startups for construction sector.

Under the partnership, CREDAI will seek products and services from start-ups as part of the Reverse Pitch Programme being organised by KSUM in association with various industry bodies and corporates. In the first phase, the builders will be looking for products and services that will be handy in managing construction sites and monitoring labourers with the aid of the latest technologies.

Mr M.V. Antony, General Secretary, CREDAI, Kerala; Mr Ravi Jacob, President, CREDAI, Kochi; and Mr Ravi Sankar, Secretary, CREDAI, Kochi, will interact with startups in the Reverse Pitch Programme to be held on December 4 at 3pm.

They will present the problems being faced in construction sites before the startups and seek the best innovative products and services from them. Startups in the construction sector or those who have technical solutions that can be applied to the domain can also participate in the programme.
