Kerala Minister V.S. Sunilkumar goes into self quarantine

Kerala’s Minister for Agriculture V.S. Sunil Kumar and his personal assistant have gone into voluntary quarantine on June 22 after a health worker attending their meeting tested positive for COVID-19 on June 21, which also saw a single day spike of 133 new infections in the state. The minister and his PA were in quarantine at the minister’s official residence in the capital city.

A COVID-19 review meet was convened by the minister at the Thrissur Corporation on June 15.Thirteen people attended the meet on that day.The situation was now that those who attended the meeting should go into quarantine.
