Kerala CM urges PM to start flights to Dubai

Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has requested Prime Minister to restart regular flights to Dubai as the government in the emirates has allowed residents to return with effect from June 22.
Many people were waiting to rejoin duty in various GCC countries, including Dubai. Taking this into consideration the Prime Minister should direct the Ministry of Civil Aviation to start fight services to Dubai, the Chief Minister requested in an e-mail message.
If the passengers request, Kerala was ready to conduct the PCR test to determine if they are infected with COVID-19, the Chief Minister informed the Prime Minister in his message.
The government of Dubai has permitted tourists and other visitors into the emirates with effect from July 7.
