Kangana Ranaut’s tweets pulled out over violation of guidelines

Twitter has taken down two tweets by Kangana Ranaut over violation of their rules. The move by Twitter comes a day after Kangana posted a series of tweets ranting about international pop icon Rihanna’s support on the ongoing farmer’s protest.

The actress also made headlines after she called singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh a ‘Khalistani’ and referred to the farmers as ‘terrorists’. This led to several Twitter users reporting Kangana’s account, asking for it to be banned.

Kangana Ranaut locked horns with Diljit Dosanjh on Twitter on February 3 over his latest song titled Riri. Diljit had released the song dedicated to Rihanna, heaping praises on her and calling her a gift from god. The song was released a day after Rihanna had tweeted in favour of the Farmers’ Protests.

Reacting to Diljit’s song announcement, Kangana had accused the singer-actor of trying to profit from the situation. She wrote, “Reacting to Diljit’s tweet that announced his new song Riri, Kangana wrote, “Isko bhi apne 2 rupees banane hain, yeh sab kabse plan ho raha hai ? One month toh minimum lagega to prep for video and announcement, and libru want us to believe it’s all organic ha ha #Indiatogether #IndiaAgainstPropoganda (He also wants to make some money. Since when were you planning this? It would have taken at least one month to prepare for the video and the announcement).”

Diljit hit back at Kangana which led to a war of words between the two.

Last month, Kangana Ranaut’s account was temporarily suspended for a few hours.
