ICAO Security Week 2024 begins in Oman

Muscat: This milestone conference, organized by Oman’s Civil Aviation Authority, lasts four days and explores cybersecurity and sustainability in aviation.

The event coincides with two major anniversaries: the 80th year of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the 50th anniversary of Annex 17 – Aviation Security. Over its course, aviation ministers, experts, and officials from across the globe will tackle pressing challenges, share best practices, and pioneer innovative strategies to secure the future of air travel.
