[15/07, 23:23] Murali: Happy school is a place where learners enjoy a loving environment. Fundamental goal of life and living is attaining happiness. The school should provide an environment, free of stress, anxiety, and fear of failure. Frequent examinations give too much of stress and strain. Fear of failures bring mental depression. So unnecessary competitions(rat race)among students should be avoided. A positive relationship between teachers and students is very vital.Every student should be treated equally, accepted, acknowledged and appreciated. Without discrimination their latent talent should be tapped. Traditional methodology of teaching ( teacher centered) should be replaced with pedagogy to inculcate creativity, collaborative learning and enhancing communication skills. This creates a vibe among students to make learning enjoyable. School also should provide a safe environment, aiming at 100% safety. No bullying, no words of abuse or punishments. School should focus on what's strong than what's wrong, emphasize praise rather than punishment. A happy school only can provide happy learning, happy future!
