Happy Birthday Katrina Kaif: Five Kat movies you should not miss

Katrina Kaif, one of the most adorable starlets in Bollywood is celebrating her 37th birthday on July 16. The actress who started her career in 2003 is now the most demanded heroines in the Indian film industry, and in her career which is nearing two decades, she has acted with almost all Superstars in Bollywood.

Race

Race directed by Abbas-Mustan was released in 2007. The film was a power-packed action thriller, and it starred Anil Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Akshay Khanna and Bipasha Basu in the lead roles. Even though Katrina was the second heroine in this movie, she captured everyone’s heart with her scintillating looks, and seductive performance in the song ‘Touch Me Touch Me’.

Rajneeti

Through the movie Rajneeti, filmmaker Prakash Jha tried to explore the actress in Katrina Kaif. In this movie, Katrina played the role of Indu Pratap, the chief minister of Madhya Pradesh. The film which was released in 2010 received critical acclaim, and everyone lauded Katrina for her powerful portrayal of a politician on screen.

Zindagi Na Milegi Dobaara

This Zoya Akhtar directorial that narrated the story of friendship starred Hrithik Roshan, Abhay Deol, Farhan Akhtar, and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles. In this movie, Katrina played the role of Laila, a scuba diving tutor. Even though the film revolved around the characters played by Hrithik, Farhan and Abhay, Katrina grabbed the eyeballs of the audiences with her cheesy portrayal of a scuba diver who falls in love with her student.

Mere Brother Ki Dulhan

Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Mere Brother Ki Dulhan is a cute romantic movie. In this movie, Katrina shared screen space with Imran Khan, and her performance received critical acclaim from all corners. Katrina’s performance in song sequences was also good in this flick.

Tiger Zinda Hain

Salman Khan’s Tiger Zinda Hain is a perfect action entertainer. Surprisingly, Katrina also did some daredevil stunt sequences in this flick, and in some scenes, she literally overshadowed Salman Khan
