Forget Khans and Kapoors, Prabhas all set to become the biggest Indian superstar

Prabhas, widely known as a rebel star among Tollywood audiences was just another Telugu mass masala hero until the release of the Baahubali franchise directed by master craftsman SS Rajamouli. As both the parts of this movie became blockbusters, Prabhas’ fame reached sky high, and he was widely considered a Pan Indian star in the making.

However, his next movie ‘Saaho’ which was released with a huge pre-release hype literally bombed at the box-office, and it negatively impacted his popularity, especially among North Indian audiences. Now, the recent lineup of movies from Prabhas clearly indicates that the actor is all set to bounce back with some mindblowing films which the Indian industry might not have witnessed before.

The upcoming movie of Prabhas is Radhe Shyam, a romantic drama which is being Radhe Krishna Kumar. Pooja Hegde will be seen romancing Prabhas in this film. Unlike other movies that portray Prabhas in an ultra mass avatar, this upcoming film is expected to exploit the actor in him.

After this movie, Prabhas will be joining the shooting of a film which will be directed by Nag Ashwin. This movie is expected to be a sci-fi thriller apparently set in the backdrop of world war 3. Deepika Padukone has been roped in by the makers to play the role of lady lead in this film.

It will be after this film that Prabhas will do the mega-budget movie ‘Adipurush’. The film will be directed by Om Raut, who has previously directed movies like Tanhaji. According to reports, Prabhas will play the role of Lord Rama in this film, and this flick will be completely shot in 3D.

As Prabhas is gearing up with ambitious projects like these, several industry experts believe that the actor is soon going to overpower the stardom of Khans and Kapoors, especially considering the fact that the Baahubali star is going to play the role of Lord Rama in of these films.
