Food inspections in Oman uncover violations ahead of Ramadan

Muscat: The Food Control and Licensing Department of Al Dakhiliyah Municipality conducted evening inspections on restaurants, cafes, and commercial centers in Samail, ensuring food safety ahead of Ramadan.

Accompanied by the Assistant Director, the inspection teams focused on establishments preparing Ramadan meals, leading to several enforcement actions:

71.5 kg of spoiled food destroyed
