Ekta Kapoor slams complaint against her in Sushanth’s suicide

Ekta Kapoor criticised the criminal case filed against her and retorts that she launched Sushanth Singh Rajput. Ekta launched Sushant in 2008 in television for ‘Pavitra Rishta’ which was a hit on the silver screen. While others may not have reacted to the news, Ektha was extremely distressed by the case and took her social media to respond to it. She clarified that she is unhappy with the false theories circulating in the media, especially when she actually launched him.

Ekta wrote, “Thank u for the case for not casting sushi…when ACTUALLY I LAUNCHED HIM.I’m beyond upset at how convoluted theories can b! Pls@ let family n frns mourn in peace! Truth shall @prevail. CANNOT BELIEVE THIS!!!!

In his complaint filed in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bihar, advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojah alleged that some prominent Bollywood A-listers forced Sushant “to commit suicide” under a conspiracy which he pleaded, amounted to murder. The case was filed against Karan Johar, Salman Khan, Sanjay Leela Bhansali , Ekta Kapoor and four others. Others named in the complaint are Aditya Chopra, Sajid Nadiawala, Bhushan Kumar and director Dinesh. The court hearing has been fixed on July 3.
