DubaiNow App Now Offers Instant Access to Credit Scores for UAE Residents

Dubai: In a significant boost to personal finance accessibility, UAE residents can now instantly access their credit reports and scores through the DubaiNow app, thanks to a new partnership between Etihad Credit Bureau (ECB) and Digital Dubai.

The seamless integration allows users to view their Credit Report and Credit Score directly within the app, removing the need for separate accounts or paperwork. With just a tap, users get an instant snapshot of their credit health—anytime, anywhere.

“We’re contributing to the UAE’s digital transformation by embedding essential services into platforms residents already use,” said Marwan Ahmad Lutfi, Director General of Etihad Credit Bureau. “This integration is about ease, convenience, and empowering users with real-time financial information.”

The initiative aligns with the ECB’s broader strategy to provide smarter, interconnected public services. It also builds on the bureau’s previous integration with TAMM Abu Dhabi, reinforcing the UAE’s commitment to delivering streamlined government solutions.

Matar Al Hemeiri, CEO of the Digital Dubai Government Establishment, noted: “This development supports the ‘We the UAE 2031’ vision by enhancing digital access to critical financial tools. We are creating a digital lifestyle tailored to the evolving needs of UAE citizens and residents.”

The DubaiNow app, developed by Digital Dubai, already offers more than 300 services from both government and private entities. With the addition of credit reporting, the app further cements its role as a comprehensive platform for managing everyday needs—from paying utility bills to accessing official documents.

For UAE residents, staying financially informed is now easier than ever—your credit score is just a tap away.
