Dubai, UAE : Dubai Investments Park (DIP), the region’s leading integrated commercial, industrial, and residential community, wholly owned by Dubai Investments PJSC, successfully wrapped up the 17th edition of its Corporate Sports Competition with a dynamic and engaging awards ceremony. Held in partnership with the Dubai Sports Council, the event celebrated two months of spirited sporting action, team collaboration, and community engagement.
Taking place between April and June 2025, the competition witnessed record participation, with employees from DIP-based companies competing across 19 sports disciplines, including football, cricket, basketball, volleyball, swimming, padel tennis, badminton, tennis, table tennis, billiards, chess, carom, and bowling.
As a unique initiative in Dubai’s corporate ecosystem, the DIP Corporate Sports Competition goes beyond athletic excellence. It promotes employee wellness, teamwork, and inter-company collaboration, while fostering a culture of inclusivity and corporate social responsibility. The event has grown into a signature fixture on the city’s corporate calendar, earning recognition for its scale, ambition, and impact.
Champions of 2025
The 2025 edition saw Emirates Glass emerge as the overall champion for the first time, leading the scoreboard with 351 points, earning 7 Gold, 2 Silver, and 5 Bronze medals. Close behind was Emicool, finishing second with 285 points (3 Gold, 7 Silver, 3 Bronze). Gulf Drug and Seven Seas claimed third and fourth positions with 115 and 107 points, respectively.
Each match showcased the values of dedication, sportsmanship, and resilience, reinforcing DIP’s reputation as a hub of not just business excellence but also vibrant community life.
